A case worker conducts a caring interview with anyone experiencing homelessness with trouble working due to a disability.
We will help you gather all necessary medical documents and other required documents as requested from the Social Security Administration “SSA.”
We will work with you to develop a Medical Summary Report “MSR”.
Together, we finally submit all your documents to your SSA worker.
The MSR significantly reduces the time spent by SSA in reviewing and approving your application.
