Tyler is an emergency care provider with 10+ years of Emergency Medical Services experience and is a licensed Advanced Emergency Medical Technician with an instructor endorsement and National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians certification. Tyler has experience as an emergency services director; hospital department manager, mental health and EMS lobbyist, and mental health services advocate.

Tyler is an Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST) Trainer through LivingWorks Education and a certified SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, & Recovery (SOAR) Caseworker.

Tyler identifies as a person with lived-experience in Bi-Polar 1 Disorder and PTSD. He is also a family member of those with lived-experience.

Stacey Wheeler, LCSW MHPP MSW

Stacey is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) and Mental Health Professional Person (MHPP).  She earned her Master of Social Work (MSW) degree from Walla Walla University. Stacey has been in private practice doing therapy since 2017. Private practice has allowed her to devote a significant amount of time to clinical supervision of LCSW candidates and Certified Behavioral Health Peer Support Specialists. Stacey has worked in the community mental health system since 1990, in Washington and Montana.

Stacey identifies as a person with lived-experience in behavioral health and a family member of those with lived-experience.

Micole was born and raised in Missoula/Frenchtown, MT, but spent a few years in southern Oregon (2016-2020) exploring and working as an Office Manager and Intake Coordinator for a Co-Ed Residential Substance Use Disorder Treatment Center (OnTrack Rogue Valley)(2018-2020). While working in Oregon he received his first Peer Support Specialist License, which was the inspiration for him beginning to join in on the Western Service Area Authority (WSAA) and Missoula Co. Behavioral Health Local Advisory Council meetings after moving back home. Micole obtained his Certified Behavioral Health Peer Support Specialist License in 2019 with the State of Montana,  as well as completed Tyler Steinebach’s Emergency Medical Responder Course. In September 2020, Micole was elected as the Vice Chair of the WSAA and later as the Co-Chair in September of 2021.

Micole is an Applied Suicide Intervention Skills (ASIST) Trainer through LivingWorks Education and a certified SSI/SSDI Outreach, Access, & Recovery (SOAR) Caseworker.

Micole identifies as a person with lived-experience. He has battled with Major Depressive Disorder and PTSD since adolescence and has a history of SUD.
